I started my career as a Linux systems programmer and computer security specialist. I went on to obtain a Master in Mathematics from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, followed by a PhD in Computational Science, Engineering, and Mathematics from The University of Texas at Austin. After a period as a postdoctoral researcher at The Program in Applied & Computational Mathematics at Princeton University, I worked as a senior scientist for Schrödinger Inc in New York City. Presently, I tinker with quantum computing and simulation in Berkeley, California.
My interests are wide-ranging: from Numerical Analysis to Statistical Mechanics, Machine Learning, Scientific Computing, Dynamical Systems, etc.
