To illustrate the theory behind the classes at the 2016 CECAM School of Molecular Kinetics, I prepared a set of Jupyter notebooks for the students. These notebooks were aimed at allowing the participants in the practical sessions to tinker and explore some of the computational techniques discussed in the class.
